Enhancing Your Product Development!
RGovoni is a pragmatic consulting firm focused on identifying and correcting
inefficiencies in your product development cycle by incorporating good user experience
design practices. Our mission is to save you time and money, AND improve
product quality, while meeting your project schedules.
I’m Bob
Govoni, founder and president of RGovoni Consulting Services. To put
it simply, I focus on two areas of product development often overlooked by
most development processes – the user experience and communication. I
make sure that these practices are incorporated into the services offered by RGovoni:
- User Experience Analyst: This service is rarely offered as a
stand-alone role, which I feel is a loss to any product development
cycle, especially to the quality of the product and ultimately to the
budget. Basically, the user experience analyst defines the user workflow
and designs the product behavior. This has tremendous implications on
the rest of the product development cycle. Learn

- Single Sourcing Specialist: We help you design and implement a
content management system based on XML technology. Content management
works especially well when used in conjunction with the source documents
generated by the User Experience process. Learn

- Information Designer/Technical
Writer: Understanding
the product behavior and the customer tasks are key to understanding the
information needed by the end users. By focusing on the end user needs,
the writers at RGovoni can create the information set your users
will need, streamline your existing documentation set, or enhance your
information set to satisfy unhappy customers. Learn

- Course Developer: As with the Information Designer,
understanding the product behavior and customer tasks are key to
developing courses that fit the customer needs.
I have built a solid reputation for excellent work. If you
