John A. Harrison (JAH) has over 20 years experience in high technology and has been part of the information revolution. John's talents include information design and development comprising product user-documentation, web pages, training, usability, user interface design, as well as project and general management. In addition, John has experience in technical support engineering. John's ideas on information design have been taught at a major university.
